Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximise sales opportunities.
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of all food items.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage billing transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding guest services.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
