Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and prospective students, providing expert guidance on programmes, and supporting the enrolment process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and human resources to contribute to organisational growth through strategic lead generation and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with various HRIS and CRM systems, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Duties
- Lead generation through targeted outreach via social media management, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programmes.
- Manage relationships with educational partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and programme promotion.
- Support the enrolment process by guiding applicants through application procedures using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities within the organisation’s CRM platform.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging content for social media channels aimed at attracting prospective students.
- Provide ongoing support to students throughout their academic journey, ensuring a positive experience and retention.
- Analyse data trends related to lead generation and student engagement to optimise outreach strategies.
