Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee our Honda and used motorcycle dealership in the Bridgend South Wales.
The Service Manager will play the key role in driving efficiency in the service department keeping technicians work flowing & managing the workshop diary to balance customer and sales departments needs and keeping them informed along the way.
Being the face of the department for customers portraying the CMC and Honda standards customer come to expect
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the service department to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Manage workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to help maintain efficiency of the department.
- Oversee technicians , providing guidance and support to ensure quality repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service to best advise the customer while their motorcycle is in our care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to service activities.
What are we looking for in an applicant.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a proven history of managing a busy motorcycle dealership with a passion for motorcycles and first class customer service skills.
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for motorcycles, a natural ability to lead and inspire a team, and the drive to help people perform at their very best.
Experience working within or closely alongside a motorcycle service department is essential.

Remuneration/Benefits Basic salary from £35000- £40000 Plus target related bonus depending on experience Honda training given. Contract Details 5 Days per week Tuesday to Saturday 8:45 to 18:00 Contract type: Full Time/Permanent
