Sales Executive — The Wooden Floor Store, Cheadle
Permanent, Full-Time | Basic £27,000–£30,000 (DOE) + performance bonus | OTE £33,000
We're one of the UK's fastest-growing independent flooring retailers, with nine showrooms across Scotland, Northern Ireland and England — and more on the way. We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our Cheadle store and help us keep growing.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering an outstanding in-store experience to homeowners, interior designers, builders and architects
- Converting enquiries into sales and following up quotes to close
- Proactively generating new leads and business
- Managing customer orders through to completion
- Promoting the store and products via social media
What you'll need
- A proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets
- Experience in flooring, interiors, or a related retail sector
- Strong commercial awareness and comfort with computer-based invoicing systems
- A full UK driving licence
- Drive, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for the product
