Experienced Lettings Negotiator
Ashworth Holme are an award-winning, market-leading independent Sales & Lettings Agent based in the heart of Sale. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly, close-knit team.

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing our lettings portfolio and delivering an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising landlords on their legal obligations and current legislation
- Reviewing tenant applications and discussing suitable applicants with landlords
- Preparing tenancy agreements and all associated tenancy documentation
- Registering deposits with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme
- Monitoring tenancy expiry dates and managing tenancy renewals
- Coordinating maintenance issues between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Carrying out regular periodic property inspections
- Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Responding to enquiries by telephone, email and in person
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our busy lettings department
- Attending appointments within Sale and the surrounding areas when required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional and confident manner
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work efficiently under pressure
- A positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Good IT skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
