Security Officer (SIA Licensed)
We are seeking a highly professional, SIA-licensed and dependable Security Officer to safeguard our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict access control across the estate, including checking all vehicles entering at the main entrance.

Responsibilities
- Enforce company policies and procedures relating to security protocols and safety regulations.
- Check vehicles at the main entrance to maintain strict access control to the estate.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents requiring external intervention.
- Assist visitors and staff by providing directions and information while maintaining a professional presence.
Qualifications
- A valid SIA licence is required.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be fully vettable to BS7858 (security screening) standard.
- Previous experience in security or surveillance roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of CCTV operation, alarm systems, and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be IT literate, with the ability to use digital systems and devices for reporting and record-keeping.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
- A good level of physical fitness — this is an active role, not a desk-based position.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work flexible hours as required.
