The Role:
- Handling a full caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
- Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court applications
- Managing high-net-worth client relationships with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Engaging in business development, networking, and marketing to expand the firm's presence
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years PQE in Family Law
- Experience handling complex, high-value divorce and financial settlements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to develop business and generate new work
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT proficiency and experience working with case management systems
