We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping people make confident decisions about transforming their homes and gardens.
As we launch our new Farnham showroom, you'll play a key role in welcoming prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, conducting consultations, and guiding clients through the early stages of their journey with us.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining client experience, sales coordination, showroom management, and lead qualification.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming enquiries via showroom, phone, email, website and social media
- Delivering a premium first impression for every prospective client
- Conducting consultations both in the showroom and via Zoom
- Qualifying enquiries based on budget, timeline, scope and location
- Managing our CRM and sales pipeline
- Following up warm leads and maintaining excellent client communication
- Supporting the continued growth of the business
About You
You'll be:
- Friendly, professional and confident
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with affluent homeowners and professionals
- Commercially aware and able to identify high-quality opportunities
- Motivated, proactive and keen to grow within the business
Experience Required
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, property, design, construction, or luxury retail environments would be beneficial.
Previous landscaping, garden design or landscape construction experience would be a significant advantage but not essential.
