The Role: What you'll be doing :
Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions. Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand. Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- Experience working in Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role or 1-2 years of recruitment experience
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated and targeted environment.
