Sunrise Medical are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all inbound enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, helping to maximise lead conversion opportunities and support business growth.
With increasing lead volumes generated through our marketing activities, including social media, live chat and telephone enquiries, we are seeking someone who can effectively engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through to demonstration booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, including referrals.
- Contact prospective customers to assess their needs and determine suitability for our products and services.
- Respond promptly to Facebook enquiries, ensuring leads are engaged within hours of receipt to maximise conversion rates.
- Manage and actively monitor the company's live chat platform, providing real-time support and booking demonstrations where appropriate.
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries, acting as the first point of contact for customers and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Engage with customers across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified opportunities are passed on efficiently.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve lead generation, customer engagement and conversion processes.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and through digital channels.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, social media platforms and online communication tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, lead qualification, sales support, telesales or customer engagement would be advantageous.
