About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting individuals who have autism, mental health and/or learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives, following a person-centred approach that promotes dignity, respect and choice. You will support individuals with complex needs who may express their distress through their behaviour. Alongside the challenging moments, there's real joy in this work: helping someone try something new, get out and about, or do something for the first time. Being a consistent, trusted presence in someone's life is genuinely rewarding.
