We are currently seeking a reliable, full-time Traditional Window Cleaner to join our team as a Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced traditional window cleaner, proficient in gutter cleaning and pressure washing. You should be comfortable using A-frame or point ladders to clean residential properties within our West London service areas. Key Requirements:
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM).
- Ability to visit our office location approximately twice a month. (Our office location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZHmcKbSELjYq7vmQ7)
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working alongside a second team member.

Compensation: Team Leaders are paid £160 per day. Each day has a set target, with typical working hours finishing between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
