Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Role
As a Business Utility Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses looking to save time, money, and effort on their utilities.
This is a proactive outbound sales role where you’ll speak directly with business owners and decision-makers across the UK, understand their requirements, and introduce them to our market-leading utility solutions.
This role is best suited to motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a proactive, target-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make proactive outbound calls to UK businesses, with a typical daily activity level of around 80–100 calls
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their utility requirements across energy, water, waste, and telecoms
- Present and promote tailored solutions using our supplier network and in-house systems
- Build rapport and trust through professional, value-driven conversations
- Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding and excellent service
- Meet achievable KPIs and earn uncapped commission based on performance

- Confident, professional communicator with strong people skills
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone throughout the day
- A consultative mindset — able to ask the right questions and understand customer needs
- Sales experience (especially B2B) is helpful but not essential — we value attitude, personality, and willingness to learn
