We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team at Rothesay Bennett Financial Planning in Balsall Common. This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis.
Starting salary from £24K per annum
Full time based on 35-hour week including paid breaks (Mon-Fri, 9:30-16:30)
Extended annual leave to 24 days plus BH, plus half day off on your birthday

Job Summary & Purpose of the Role
The Junior Financial Services Administrator provides essential support to the financial advisory team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communications, and data entry. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in financial services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with preparing client documentation and correspondence
· Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
· Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
· Support compliance and regulatory processes
· Perform general office duties such as filing and scanning
Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Willingness to learn and develop within the role
