Operations Team Supervisor

We’re looking for an Operations Team Supervisor to join our dynamic Hub team, supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services across NHS contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving team performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As an Operations Team Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of our NHS Administration Teams, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong patient-first focus. You’ll work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders to ensure the team is well-supported, motivated, and consistently delivering against targets.
This is a fully remote role, working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis. It offers the flexibility of home working alongside the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment focused on growth and development, with the chance to shape processes and influence how services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver high-quality administrative support across NHS contracts

Manage team performance, ensuring targets, service levels, and customer service standards are consistently met

Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning alongside managers and HR

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience

Act as a key point of contact for team queries, escalations, and day-to-day people management

Support training, compliance, and development, ensuring teams are confident using systems and processes

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in leading and managing teams in an administrative or operational environment

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

Confident working with CRM systems and managing operational processes

A strong communicator, able to build effective working relationships across teams

Passionate about delivering excellent service and supporting team development

Experience within healthcare or working with NHS contracts is advantageous but not essential.
Remuneration and Benefits:

£32,000 - £36,250 annual salary (DOE)

25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
