What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-to-1, person-centred support so adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Special Needs can live independently and achieve their goals.
- Organise and run confidence-building community activities while promoting personal choice.
- Maintain clear, compassionate communication with families, professionals, and our values-driven team.
- Shifts can include either days, nights or weekends.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and resilient personality
- At least 1 year of support care experience
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting active lifestyles
- A full manual, clean UK driving licence
It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with a particular group (i.e. adults at risk, children or both)
