About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and commercially aware Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, audience engagement, and organisational visibility across multiple channels.
This role will oversee the development and execution of campaigns spanning digital, social media, CRM, events, partnerships, content, video, print and out-of-home activity. Working closely with colleagues across communications, content and brand, the successful candidate will help shape audience-focused campaigns that support organisational priorities and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns, managing external agencies and suppliers, and translating strategic objectives into impactful marketing activity across both online and offline channels.
About you:
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support organisational objectives, audience engagement and brand awareness.

Developing campaign strategies and activation plans across channels including digital, social media, CRM, events, partnerships, print and out-of-home activity.

Overseeing website and digital marketing activity, ensuring content is audience-focused, accessible, aligned with campaigns and optimised for engagement.

Managing the CRM and email marketing activity through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, automated journeys and campaign reporting.

Working closely with the Head of Content and wider communications team to ensure campaign alignment across content, social media, PR and brand activity.

Driving the production and delivery of campaign assets including video, creative content and supporting marketing materials.

Managing campaign budgets, timelines, agencies and suppliers to ensure effective delivery and value for money.

Monitoring and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and audience engagement.

Supporting the development of audience insight, marketing best practice and campaign measurement across the organisation.

Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, platforms and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Essential experience required:

Proven experience delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Experience managing brand awareness and audience engagement campaigns across online and offline channels.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and audience engagement strategies.

Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.

Experience working collaboratively across content, communications, events and brand functions.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing agencies, suppliers and campaign budgets.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Desirable:

Experience within the biotech, healthcare or other science focused organisation
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
