Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Creator to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative content, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our community across various digital platforms. Experience in public relations and social media management is highly desirable.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies tailored to different social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TIkTok and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality visual and written content such as images, videos, blog posts, and infographics that align with brand identity.
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster community growth.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Assist in planning digital campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain an organised content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus.
- Creative flair with an eye for visual detail and branding consistency.
- Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
