The Role
We’re looking for skilled, dependable chefs to support our kitchen operations across events and venue service.
This role will involve everything from prep and service to event execution — ideal for chefs who enjoy variety and a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Food preparation and service across events and venue operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Supporting menu delivery across multiple concepts
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with kitchen setup, breakdown, and stock handling
- Working efficiently under pressure during service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in events or high-volume catering
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or higher)
- Experience across different cuisines (e.g. street food, BBQ, modern British)
