-provide professional leadership and management for our staff team.
- have experience of working in partnership with local authorities to provide funded childcare places.
- have excellent knowledge of curriculum and relevant self-evaluation frameworks.
-have a passion for outdoor learning, and be able to encourage an enthusiasm for this within our staff team.

Requirements:
Qualified to BA Childhood Practice level or willing to work towards this, Extensive, relevant leadership experience. Experience of outdoor learning.
