Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our small team at The Voyage of Buck. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-loved establishment. Our senior chef team offer a great training environment to less experienced chefs and this is an excellent opportunity to learn and thrive in a kitchen with a constantly changing menu, working with true food seasons, foragers and an individual approach to presentation
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menus and specials.
- Qualifications
- Proven culinary experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for creating innovative dishes.
- Knowledge of food production and preparation techniques.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
