Excell Supply are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants to work in nurseries across the Birkenhead area.

The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Support the day-to-day care and education of children aged 0–5 years.
- Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Promote children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assist with observations and record-keeping where required.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
