Registered Children’s Home Manager

W3 Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the pre-registration, launch, and ongoing management of a solo bed EBD children’s home in Bradford

The Role
You will:
- Lead the pre-registration process with Ofsted and prepare the home for opening
- Develop policies, procedures, and compliance systems
- Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing staff team
- Deliver outstanding, child-centred care in line with Ofsted regulations
- Safeguard and support young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD)
- Manage day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and performance
- Work closely with social workers, families and external professionals
What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Experience managing or supporting Ofsted registration (desirable)
- Residential childcare management experience (EBD preferred)
- Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
- Registered Manager status or registration-ready
- Confident leadership and the ability to establish a new service
