The Role
We’re looking for hands-on, can-do people to join our production team. If you like working with tools, take pride in precision, and want to be part of something tangible - this is your kind of job.
You’ll help craft high-quality picture frames, keeping things moving and making sure every detail is spot on. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you up.
Responsilities:
- Cut, assemble, and finish frames using tools and machinery
- Check quality like a pro - every piece matters
- Follow production schedules to meet customer orders
- Keep your area clean and safe
- Work as part of a strong team
Experience:
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- Nice to have: Experience in production or manufacturing (but we’ll train you!)
- Bonus if you’ve worked in production or used woodworking tools (but we’ll teach
