Fleet Coordinator – Industrial Door Services
We are looking for a reliable and organised Fleet Coordinator to support our team of engineers working across industrial door installations, repairs, and maintenance.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our fleet of vans running efficiently and ensuring our engineers have everything they need to complete jobs safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to breakdowns, delays, or last-minute changes
- Book vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and general fleet costs
- Renew the Road Tax
- Deal with parking charges
- Book parking via the Parking Apps
- Ensure vehicles are stocked with the correct tools, parts, and equipment
- Act as the main point of contact between engineers and the office team
In addition, and to assist the Planning Manager
- Coordinate daily schedules for engineers, ensuring the right person attends each job
- Manage the company fleet of vans, keeping them roadworthy, serviced, and compliant
- Plan efficient routes to minimise travel time and delaysWhat We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with engineers and suppliers
- Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar role (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of vehicles or engineering environments is an advantage
You’ll be the person who keeps our engineers moving, our vans ready, and our jobs running smoothly.
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
