Package & Benefits
- Salary of £50,000-55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a medium sized residential care home.
- Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing senior and frontline team.
- Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth.
About You
- Proven experience commissioning a care home or service.
- Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
