Let Us Connect Ltd is growing its remote outbound sales team who support financial advisers across the UK through structured lead generation. We're straightforward about what we do, fair about what we pay, and not remotely interested in corporate jargon. Just a solid team of people who are good at talking to other people, working from home, and earning properly for it.
What the role involves:
You'll work from home, making outbound calls through an automated dialler, building rapport with prospects, navigating objections like a pro, and generating qualified leads — known as hot-keys — for our financial adviser partners. No scripts to recite word for word. Just real conversations, done well, repeatedly.
Some days will be easier than others. That's sales. We just don't expect you to pretend otherwise.

Working hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:15am – 6:15pm GMT
Friday: 9:15am – 3:00pm GMT
No weekends. We checked. Still no weekends.
We also offer early finish incentives during the week: the more leads you do the earlier you get to finish. Why earn good money if you don't have the time to spend it!! We reward with more commission and more time to enjoy it!

Who we're looking for:
At least 1 year of outbound telesales, cold calling, or lead generation experience. You can take a "no" without taking it personally, you're self-motivated enough to work from home without turning into a houseplant, and you genuinely like talking to people — even the difficult ones.
If you can talk, listen, handle a knock-back without sulking, and have your own laptop & headset — you're basically already overqualified. Apply now.
