DIRECT DESPATCH COORDINATOR

Job Role
As part of the Direct Despatch team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Direct Despatch operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately, retailer portals are maintained, and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
You will manage the full operational flow from order receipt through to delivery, returns, and invoicing, working closely with internal teams and external retailer partners.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential to build positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. A proactive mindset, a sense of humour, and flexibility, especially during seasonal peaks, are essential for success in this dynamic position.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Manage order receipt, validation, and import from portals, email, and systems
· Maintain retailer portals including tracking and status updates
· Ensure timely processing of orders within SLA and flag risks proactively
· Handle returns, replacements, and delivery issues
· Maintain stock accuracy and support product setup and content
· Support invoicing and finance-related queries
· Communicate proactively with retailers regarding order updates
· Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and company policies.
· Perform any other duties necessary for the successful completion of the role.

Pay: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
