We are seeking a motivated and reliableAgricultural Parts Assistant to join our busy team. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate stock control
- Handling incoming phone calls and assisting customers with parts enquiries
- Packaging and dispatching parts efficiently
- Booking in deliveries and organising stock within the store
- Providing front-of-house support, assisting customers at the counter
- Working closely with the workshop team to ensure parts availability
Requirements:
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with stock systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in an agricultural or machinery environment
- Knowledge of agricultural parts or equipment
