Night Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Location: Abergavenny area, Monmouthshire
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour (with flexibility dependent on experience), paid breaks
Hours: 36 – 48 hours per week | Night shifts 7pm – 7am | Full-Time, Permanent

An established nursing and residential home is seeking a Registered Nurse to take on a Nurse in Charge role on nights. You will lead a small night team, working alongside 2 carers to support 19 Nursing residents within a 29-bedded service providing nursing, residential, and dementia care.
The Role
- Take charge of the home on night shift
- Lead and support 2 care staff
- Deliver clinical care including venepuncture and general nursing skills
- Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
- Support residents with nursing, residential, and dementia care needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CIW compliance
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Venepuncture and strong general clinical skills
- Previous nursing home experience (preferred)
- Confident leading a shift and managing a small team
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
