Having gone independent by it's own people - We are looking to expand the family with like-minded individuals. We are on the hunt for reliable newbies who have longevity & ambition to grow with the company. We offer a wide range of in house & external training alongside opportunities to support your goals - Whether it’s developing your own cocktails - refining a speciality - learning management skills - we’re here to give you the support and platform to do so.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about bartending, whose attention to detail is second to none and who thrives on surpassing guest expectations.
The ideal Trof team member is a someone that is friendly, driven and loves working in hospitality. We value fun just as much as we do perfection.
Our bar menu will highlight classics, so knowledge of classic cocktails will be beneficial.
