Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Marketing Graphic Design Assistant on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in creating engaging visual content, brand materials, product artwork, and promotional designs to help strengthen our brand presence and support company growth.

The Role:
The role will mainly provide executional design support, working from existing brand guidelines, approved design directions and supplied copy, rather than leading overall creative direction.
The initial focus will be on day-to-day marketing and promotional artwork, including:
Updating weekly promotional graphics and digital campaign materials.
Creating or adapting promotional posters, window stickers, price cards, POS materials and other in-store marketing artwork.
Adapting approved campaign visuals into different sizes, formats, channels and bilingual versions where required.
Supporting simple social-media graphics and product promotional materials.
Making artwork amendments following internal feedback and preparing files for print or supplier review where required.
Packaging-related work may also be allocated once packaging directions and product information have been confirmed, including:
Extending approved packaging designs across different flavours, SKUs or product formats.
Basic packaging artwork adaptation, including text layout, ingredient information, product claims, logos and other packaging copy.
Supporting back-of-pack text layout, artwork updates, file checking and print-ready artwork preparation.
Preparing and amending files in line with existing brand guidelines and approved layouts.
Requirements:
the successful candidate should have a basic design portfolio or relevant practical experience. Required skills include:
Competent use of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Good understanding of layout, typography, basic print specifications and artwork preparation.
Ability to work accurately with supplied bilingual text, product information and existing artwork templates.
Good attention to detail, particularly when handling packaging text, product information and artwork amendments.
Ability to follow existing brand guidelines and an approved design direction.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.
Experience in food packaging, FMCG, retail, POS materials or marketing artwork would be preferred
Working hours:
The expected workload is likely to be around 5–15 hours per week, depending on project requirements. Additional hours may be required during busier periods.
The role can be carried out primarily remotely / on a hybrid basis, with occasional office attendance or meetings required where necessary.
