Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in menu planning and development to introduce new culinary offerings
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to optimise efficiency and quality
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
- Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Skilled in food production techniques and culinary arts
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is highly desirable
