Experienced Wet Spray Painter
Job Overview: Join our team as an Experienced Wet Spray Painter, where you will play a crucial role in our production process. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a durable and flawless finish.
Previous experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Prep parts: Cleaning, sanding, and masking accurately according to technical drawings.
- Application: Apply paint to materials using appropriate spray techniques.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools for surface preparation and coating application.
- Mixing: Utilize basic mathematical skills to measure and mix coatings accurately.
- Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Maintenance: Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge for operating machinery and tools effectively.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for surface preparation.
- Experience in painting processes is a must; however, full in-house training will be provided for our specific systems.
- Ability to fabricate and assemble components before coating application.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and mixing ratios.
Details: Wage is negotiable based on experience, with compensation based on a 39-hour workweek. Candidates must be local to the Gloucestershire area and currently reside in the UK.
