Ribble Recruitment is assisting a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm with the recruitment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their growing Commercial Property team in Doncaster.

The Role
You will manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while building and maintaining strong client relationships across a broad range of sectors.
The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team, working alongside Legal 500-recognised professionals and supporting businesses, developers and commercial clients across the region.
Typical matters may include:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development and investment work
- Property finance transactions
- Business and portfolio transactions
- Client advisory and transactional support
You will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
About You
To be considered, you should have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE within Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across Commercial Property matters
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Professional, approachable and team-oriented attitude
