We urgently require Residential Care Workers to support children and young people in residential homes across Winsford and surrounding areas. This is agency work offering fast onboarding, flexible shifts, and consistent hours for the right candidates.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide immediate, hands-on support to children and young people in residential care.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times.
- Act as a positive role model and offer emotional and practical support.
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures consistently.
- Work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
- Ensure the wellbeing and safety of young people during every shift.
Essential Requirements
Experience working with children or young people in residential care or a similar setting.
- Restraint training is essential (e.g. MAPA, PMVA, or equivalent).
- Calm, reliable, and confident approach in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to work towards).
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
