We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator – Room Leader to join our team at Streatham House Nursery , leading one of our Rooms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced practitioner who loves working with babies and is ready to take the next step in their career, leading a nurturing and inspiring room environment.
As Room Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development for our youngest children, while supporting and guiding your team to create a warm, engaging and stimulating environment.
Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the Room
Support and mentor practitioners within the room, creating a positive team culture
Ensure high standards of care, safety and safeguarding at all times
Plan and oversee engaging activities that support babies’ development through play and exploration
Take responsibility for children’s learning and development, monitoring progress and planning meaningful next steps
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, supporting effective communication and partnerships
Ensure the room environment is welcoming, stimulating and developmentally appropriate
Work closely with the management team to maintain high-quality practice across the setting
