Complex Care Assistant
Job Overview
ReviveRise is a nurse‑led complex‑care provider delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals with advanced clinical needs in their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and motivated Complex Care Assistants to join our growing team.
This role involves supporting clients with PEG feeding, NIV, Cough Assist, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, and other complex health needs, under the close supervision of our registered nurses. You will play a vital role in maintaining clients’ safety, dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Key Duties
- Deliver personalised care in line with detailed, nurse‑written care plans
- Support clients with complex clinical tasks
- Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and continence care
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life within the client’s home
- Administer or assist with medication in line with training and clinical direction
- Accurately document all care delivered using ReviveRise digital systems
- Observe, record, and escalate any changes in health, behaviour, or equipment function
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and the wider MDT
- Support with light domestic tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits
- Experience in complex care, domiciliary care, or care‑home settings is desirable
- Willingness to undertake specialist training in:
- PEG feeding
- NIV
- Cough Assist
- Spinal injury care
- Diabetes management
- Pressure‑area care etc
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and clinical instructions accurately
- Good written and spoken English for safe communication and documentation
- Basic IT skills for electronic record keeping
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with complex needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a nurse‑led multidisciplinary team
