Salaried GP Job, South Oxfordshire area – 4-8 Sessions Available
Soka Partners are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established and well staffed practice located in rural South Oxfordshire, within commuting distance of Oxford and Swindon. The practice has a patient list size of approximately 20,000 patients and offers an excellent opportunity for a Salaried GP seeking clinical specialism development options, continuity of care, and a genuine work-life balance. There is also great opportunity for mentorship, which would be offered to incoming GPs of any level of experience. They are also in a position to sponsor a Tier 2 Visa.
The Practice
- Located in South Oxfordshire
- Practice list size of approximately 20,000 patients
- 15 minute appointment timings, with minimal home visiting and admin.
- Experienced nursing and multidisciplinary support team
- Encourages portfolio careers and development of special interests
The Role
- 4-8 sessions a week available, flexible on days
- Manageable workload, with 15 minute appointments
- Mixture of face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
- Low home visiting
- Supportive multidisciplinary working environment, with Nurses, Pharmacist, and HCAs
- Welcoming applications from both newly qualified and experienced GPs
Package & Benefits
- £12,000-£13,000 per session, per annum (depending on experience)
