The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly. You’ll play a key role in maintaining food quality, managing the team, and ensuring excellent service during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Supervise and support kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Manage stock, orders, and minimise waste
- Step in to lead the kitchen when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Passion for burgers and casual dining
