Ice Cream Sales Assistant/Driver.
This position is for ice cream sales from an ice cream van on a static site.
The job is for March to October. Weekends and bank holidays as a minimum with weekdays in school holidays. Weekdays may be available at other times - weather dependant.
Full and Part time positions available.
Reliability is essential - do not apply if you are not reliable and are unable to commit for the summer season.
Immediate start.
A full driving licence and 2 years driving experience is essential to drive the vehicle to and from site at the start and end of the shift.
You must be 21 years and over.
Good rate of pay.
Full training will be given but previous customer facing experience and a knowledge of food hygiene is preferred.
We are looking to fulfil this post with someone who has:
- excellent customer service skills
- self motivation
- a basic knowledge of simple maths (addition and subtraction for giving change)
- flexibility with regard to working days and is able to work WEEKENDS and BANK HOLIDAYS (extra days are available)
- a full driving licence
- a clean and tidy appearance
- a good work ethic and reliability.
- and is 21 years or older.
A full DBS check will be carried out.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK required.
