The role of Swedish Native Marketing Manager:
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars across UK and Nordic regions
- Assist with adapting and localising content for Swedish-speaking audiences
- Help coordinate event logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities
- Support sales teams with lead follow-up and basic account-based marketing tasks
- Assist with customer marketing activities to improve engagement and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to access and use central marketing assets
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date local marketing materials
- Support reporting and tracking of campaign and event performance
- Deliver assigned marketing tasks on time and with attention to detail
- Ensure content is clearly localised and appropriate for regional audiences
- Contribute to the smooth execution of campaigns and events
The ideal Swedish Native Marketing Manager:
- Fluent in Swedish (native level)
- Some marketing exposure — internship, placement, or 1-2 years' experience
- Looking to develop a career in marketing
- Proactive and organised approach to workload management
- Confident working with regional stakeholders across sales and marketing teams
This role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working and covers the UK and Nordic region.
You'll work closely with central marketing and sales teams, helping to adapt campaigns for local audiences and ensuring activity is delivered effectively.
There is an opportunity to grow into owning small projects and campaigns over time, with no requirement for strategic ownership or budget responsibility at this stage.
