We need a Deputy Manager who’s passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at Cherry Tree House.
You will be joining our team on a parttime, 32hrs per week basis.

Cherry Tree House is a specialist residential service in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Your Day-to-Day…

You’ll be working 32 hours a week in within a service specialising in autism and challenging behaviour.

Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support

Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management

Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service & promote a positive culture

Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible.

A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills

Experienced within a social care setting & a multidisciplinary team

An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
