Front of House Team Member
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional customer service. The applicant must be 18+.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Upsell additional items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery
- Adhere to food safety standards and assist in food preparation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house area
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
