Position: Complex Day Support Worker (Female Only)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to care for a lovely young girl. This role involves supporting her with tracheostomy needs and PEG care. While these are specialized requirements, full client-specific training will be provided to ensure you excel in this role and deliver the highest standard of care. Your Role
- Supporting with day-to-day activities and personal needs, taking this lovely little girl to school and remaining with her throughout the school day.
- Tracheostomy care: including routine and emergency tube changes, suctioning and stoma care
- Use of a gastrostomy tube to administer medications and feed via feeding pump
- Helping her develop life skills and maintain independence
- Providing companionship and encouragement
- Assisting with community involvement and outings
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring her safety
. Shift Details:
- 2 x Night shift 21:00 til 08:00
- We also require flexibility to cover daytime shifts during periods of holiday or sickness.

- Female candidate
- Bubbly, Confident, Caring, compassionate individuals with a willingness to give our client the best level of care.
- Complex care experience preferred
- Flexibility to work Nights and cover Days
