We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor with experience in E-commerce sales to join our friendly team at our Peterborough site on Bretton Way. Our parts departments are busy, fast-paced environments that offer both retail and trade services and handle high volumes of incoming calls.
Key Duties
- Provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to both internal and external customers
- Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention using sound selling techniques
- Ensure all enquiries (including digital enquiries) are dealt with in a prompt, courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Locate and issue parts to technicians, including using our EVHC system
- Qualify customers and accurately identify their requirements
- Locate and document the sale of parts, accounting for any money received
- Record accurate information using the dealership’s computer systems
- Help to run the eBay shop alongside the Parts Manager
- Pricing up EVHC's
- Dispatching parts parcels
- Answering trade calls.
Salary, Benefits, and Working Hours
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 OTE. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (30-minute lunch). We are also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements that work for both you and us.

- Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role
