NOW Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to join a specialist provision in the Northampton area on a full-time, term-time only basis. The school supports children aged 6–16 who experience anxiety-related barriers to education. Their focus is on creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where pupils can rebuild confidence, develop emotionally and flourish both academically and personally in preparation for further education.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have an open-minded and flexible approach to teaching
- Be passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment
- Be able to adapt teaching styles to meet individual pupil needs
- Build positive relationships and encourage student engagement
- Be in control of your own planning
- Be committed to supporting young people with social and emotional needs
