SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team.
We need a sales assistant with a customer service background, to support our manager and run our busy customer-facing environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
- Supporting staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Stock replenishment
Required Skills:
- You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Be confident in up-selling.
- Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our new store. This is a full-time role with set hours. Hours vary with seasons but are typically are 9-6, working days can include weekends.
Applicants MUST be hardworking, conscientious, fully flexible, reliable, willing to learn, of smart appearance and over 18 due to responsibility involved.
