A busy and reputable commercial vehicle workshop in Liverpool is looking to add an experienced HGV Technician to the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified technician looking for a secure long-term role with excellent earning potential and the chance to work within a modern workshop environment.
We’re looking for someone confident carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics on HGVs, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to workshop duties.

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible shift options available
- Overtime available depending on business needs
Main Duties
- Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on HGVs
- Complete vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Diagnose and resolve faults
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to a high workshop standard
- Accurately update repair records and job cards
- Maintain health and safety standards within the workshop
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician / LGV Technician / Truck Technician
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent is essential
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding ability
- Mechanical and electrical repair experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
