Inbound Sales
We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic business based in Shefford that is looking to expand its team. They offer a great working environment, thorough training, and a highly supportive culture.
Our client is looking for a sharp, driven individual to handle their incoming bespoke quote requests. This is a pure inbound role with zero cold calling required. Enquiries come directly from customers who want a price, arriving across various channels including their website, email, phone, and WhatsApp. Your job is to pick them up and convert them.
Please Note: This position offers a solid, fixed base salary with no commission structure. Our client believes in rewarding their team with complete financial stability and guaranteed pay every month, rather than unpredictable, fluctuating bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn incoming enquiries from new and existing customers into quotes and sales orders.
- Stay on top of all enquiries and quotes by calling, emailing, and messaging customers on WhatsApp to close the deal.
- Learn the product pricing and negotiate confidently with customers to secure their orders.
- Catch up with current customers to strengthen relationships, find out what they need next, and win more business.
What They Are Looking For:
- Background in admin or customer service (though junior candidates are welcome if you are eager to learn and ready to work hard).
- Experience processing orders.
- Highly organised with great time management and the ability to multitask.
- Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A strong work ethic, a competitive edge, and a real desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills. You have a confident, clear manner and can chat easily with customers over the phone, via email, and on WhatsApp.
